John Cole has been promoted to Utility General Superintendent

John began his career with Propst Construction in January 2011 as a laborer for the Utility Division. John eagerly acquired the skills and knowledge to become a leader and was soon promoted to Foreman. Initially, John began managing a single crew as foreman and developed the leadership skills required to coordinate and manage multiple crews and projects. Some of John’s significant projects he has been involved with include Cabarrus Acres Sewer, and many projects with Charlotte Water including Davidson 24” Water Main Transmission Phases 1 and 2, Unspecified Water and Sewer Repairs, and FY19-1 Small Water Main Replacement. John is responsible for the coordination of field operations for the Utility Division.
